It may sound abstract, but what it
means is that people propel a company
more than business strategy; when a
workplace is fair and inclusive, it shines
with enthusiastic employees, which in
turncreatesasuccessfulcompany.
ThemixtureoftheDruckerphraseand

is apparently working, which shows in a
cross-section of employees who are not
shy to say they like their job and their

That attitude is genuine enough even
totranscendtheamountofapaycheck—
or as Clinical Director Holly Burns said,
“Work satisfaction absolutely outranks
salary. … I couldn’t imagine leaving just
forahigherdollaramount.Itwouldhave
to be some astronomical event to make
meleaveRobbins.”
Company Aide Coordinator Dana
Taylor, 25, put it another way: “This
company is all about personal growth.
Management makes it a priority to
make sure we have all the tools to better
ourselvesconstantly.”

andthisisherfirstmanagementposition
—onedrivenwithanemphasisonteam-
