The 13 submissions that have received the most votes on www.themorningcall.com/cookies will be chosen as semi-finalists. On 12/6/16 at an evening event be to held at PBS 39 in Bethlehem, PA, a panel of judges consisting of a Morning Call reader, Morning Call personalities and guest judges from Valley Farm Market will taste the cookies and determine the five finalists. Semi-finalists must be able to attend the judging event on 12/6/16 to be eligible to be a finalist. Finalists may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. The finalists will be featured in the 12/14/16 Food section of The Morning Call including publication of their recipe, photo and essay. The finalists will not be revealed at judging event on 12/6/16.
