We will recognize 30 Top Workplaces from the comprehensive analysis conducted by our partner Workplace Dynamics. Your organization will receive the special recognition of being named a Top Workplace Company, a ranking that places you among the best of the best.
The Morning Call's Top Workplaces were selected from the results of an employee survey measuring qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The results will be showcased in the Top Workplace special section published in The Morning Call on Thursday March 5, 2015 and on themorningcall.com.
We hope you and representatives from your company can join us for a cocktail reception and award ceremony recognizing the Top Workplace winners on Wednesday, March 4, at the Renaissance Allentown Hotel, 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. We will recognize the 30 winning companies as well as the individual companies that earned the top ranking in each size category: large, mid size and small businesses. In addition we will award select individuals for leadership and specialty achievements.
As a Top Workplace Company, you will receive two complimentary tickets for the event. Additional tickets are available for $75 each or $600 for a table of 10. This is a great opportunity to show your employees how much you value them by including them in the celebration.
