This section is to answer some common questions about themonringcall.com Contest system registration and login. Please review these first before contacting us.


QUESTION 1: I have registered an account with themorningcall.com Contest system but have not received an email to activate my account.
  • Please check your spam filters and junk folder. Your email might have filtered the email with the activation list into one of these folders.

QUESTION 2: I cannot login.
  • Make sure you have activated your account! Once you registered, you should have received an email with a link to activate your account. See Question 1.
  • Verify that your password is correct. Passwords are Case-sensitive!
  • If you have forgotten your password, please use this link to reset it! Forgot Password?

QUESTION 3: I cannot enter a contest.
  • You must have javascript ENABLED on your computer to enter a contest. Please click here to learn how to turn this on and off. Click Here.
    NOTE: Use the same instructions as IE 5/6 Windows for IE 7.
  • Custom contests have their own splash page that you must use to enter the contest.
QUESTION 4: What is the difference between a one-click entry contest and a custom contest?
  • A custom contest opens in a new window with a splash page where you must enter the entry form on that page! A one-click entry contest can be selected and entered right from our contest page. You must be LOGGED IN to enter the one-click entry contest.
QUESTION 5: The system says my email account is not valid.
  • Please make sure you have registered an account with themorningcall.com Contest system. If you have an account with themorningcall.com Newspaper, you need to register a SEPERATE account for the contest system. Please Click Here to register an account.
  • The email address you register with needs to be correct to receive your activation link!
