Triple-Play Challenge FAQ

1. Why am I unable to login or have not received my validation email?
   Please make sure your login information is correct or if you forgot your password click on forgot my password and create a new one. If that does not work please create a new login user name and password. If you do not receive your validation email please check your spam/junk mailbox because the confirmation email might be there.
2. Can I enter the contest more than once?
   No you may only enter the Triple-Play Challenge once per selected game, please see the official Triple-Play Challenge schedule for dates.
3. What happens if I want to update/change my picks for the game?
   Simply login and type in your new picks. Every time you make a new pick the computer will overwrite your previous submission.
4. When is the cutoff to enter a Triple-Play Challenge game?
   You may submit/change your picks up to an hour before each selected Triple-Play Challenge game. (For example, if the first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. you have until 6:05 p.m. to submit your picks.
5. What are the prizes for the Triple-Play Challenge?
   - Weekly Prize

6. How do I receive my prize?
   A representative of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs will contact each winner. Prizes can be picked up at Coca-Cola Park, 1050 IronPigs Way, Allentown, PA 18109 once arrangements have been made.
7. What happens if I am having technical problems with the contest?

8. What happens if a Triple-Play Challenge game is rained out?
   The next Lehigh Valley IronPigs scheduled game will be used as the Triple-Play Challenge game. Participants must go in and resubmit their picks for the newly selected game.
9. Do I have to play every Triple-Play Challenge game to be eligible to win the Grand-Prize?
   No, you can play as much or as little as you like, but I do remind you the more you play the better your chances are at winning the Grand-Prize.
