One winner will be chosen at the end of the month from the birthdays for the following month. The first winner will be drawn July 31st for the month of August. You must have a valid email address and enter online. No paper entries will be accepted. Winners will be notified by email that they have won and can pick up their cake that week. You will be given a confirmation number that you need to take to the sponsor.

Conditions of entry: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to The Morning Call, any co-sponsors and their licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice and/or likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this Contest and The Morning Call, themorningcall.com or The Morning Call Weekly. By entering, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Contest rules and the decisions of The Morning Call, which are final with respect to all Contest-related matters, (b) that if selected as a winner, he or she will furnish his or her Social Security Number to The Morning Call and will sign a form of release and waiver of liability supplied by The Morning Call, and (c) to release and hold harmless The Morning Call and its co-sponsors, from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or injury of any kind arising from the entrant's participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of the Contest prize. The Morning Call reserves the right to revoke a winning entry if winner is found to be ineligible.

Eligibility: This Contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of The Morning Call, Tribune Company, and their subsidiaries and those employees immediate family members. Winners may not have won a prize from The Morning Call in the past thirty (30) days. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
